Our inventory is hand picked from estate and home clean-outs, as well as private consignments brought into the shop. A few details that make us unique:
Charitable Donations: Partnering with Household Goods, we donate furniture and housewares. We also donate a percentage of our proceeds to help fund their program.
Pricing Program: Each price is based on the length of time an item is in the store, in most cases it will drop approximately 12% every three weeks so we can make sure we are able to rotate inventory regularly.
Consignment Policy: We do take in select consignments that we sell in the store on your behalf. If you are interested, visit this page to see how our consignment process works.
Furniture Pickup Policy: Furniture will be held for 7 days ONLY. No exceptions will be made. After the one week the item becomes our property and will be returned to the floor due to space limitations. All arrangements for furniture pickup are handled by the buyer.
